Effective 2026-04-18. These terms govern use of harborfrontps.com and service relationships with Harborfront Property Services.
1. Site Use
The content on harborfrontps.com is provided for informational and service-request purposes. You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose or attempt to interfere with its operation.
2. Quotes & Agreements
Quotes are estimates until a written scope is signed or confirmed in writing by both parties. Final pricing is determined by agreed scope, frequency, and season.
3. Service Delivery
Service dates and arrival windows are provided as best estimates and may shift due to weather, equipment, or crew capacity. We will notify you of material schedule changes.
4. Payment
Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. Invoices are typically issued monthly and are due on receipt unless otherwise agreed.
5. Cancellation
Non-contract services may be cancelled with reasonable notice. Seasonal contracts (e.g., snow) require cancellation terms defined in the written agreement.
6. Liability
Harborfront Property Services carries general liability, workers compensation, and commercial auto coverage. Certificate of Insurance available on request.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
